Frequently asked questions

– 360 rotation views
– Animations and guided virtual tours
– Virtual Staging
– Revit Modeling

– To begin modeling the space, floor plans and elevations can be provided. CAD files are ideal as they can be imported directly into our 3D software. However, PDFs or even sketches can be used.
– If you already have a 3D model created, Blue Pixel 3D can import any file type (Revit, Sketchup, etc.).
– Lastly, you will need to provide any furniture, fixture, or finish information you would like to see in the model. Direct site links to furniture, light fixtures, flooring, wall covering, or any other finishes is ideal.

– After referencing your plans and elevations or importing your model, we will begin modeling.
– Once modeling is complete, we will set up cameras, lighting, and start texturing all objects in view. A small resolution test render will be sent for your review.
– After incorporating your feedback, a second test will be provided. Once again, changes will be included.
– Lastly, we will render in high resolution and apply post production to color correct the image in Photoshop.

For a single image, it takes 2-3 days to produce the first grayscale draft. To produce the final render, about a week.

We charge on a per-image basis. The more images you do, the less the cost per image. Image cost varies depending on size and complexity. We always strive to stay within your budget and match competitor pricing.
